Eddie Kirk arrived at 7 : 55 p.m. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #2: ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br /> Jacobs stated that a representative of the "Save <br /> Duke Forest" committee would be making a <br /> presentation . <br /> Pilkey indicated that she had a copy of the final <br /> water study, Phase I regarding reservoir sites and <br /> that she would probably be filing a minority report <br /> on the water study. <br /> AGENDA ITEM #3: APPROVAL OF MINUTES - September 21 , 1987 <br /> Jacobs noted the following corrections to the <br /> minutes : <br /> Page 2 - paragraph 4 - sentence 2 should read : <br /> It did not appear that the policy would be heard <br /> prior to the November public hearing. <br /> Page 2 - paragraph 7 - line 5 - replace has with <br /> have. <br /> Page 5 - paragraph 4 - last sentence should read : <br /> Crudup explained that the applicant' s point was <br /> natural area. <br /> Page 7 - paragraph 8 - last sentence should read : <br /> Jacobs noted that while not a regylat9ry require- <br /> ment this had been adppteg1 as policy by the Board <br /> Ordinance Reviay Committee soon. <br /> Page 20 - second vote should read : <br /> 7 in favor (Eddleman, Kramer, Pilkey, Yuhasz, <br /> Boland and Jacobs . <br /> Page 24 - final motion should read : <br />
