Information concerning the Committee and its <br /> efforts to preserve Duke Forest is presented on the attached <br /> Fact Sheet. <br /> The Planning Board voted unanimously to recommend support <br /> for Ms. Boyarsky' s request. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration supports the Planning Board <br /> recommendation and recommends that it be authorized to draft <br /> a letter of support for signing by the Chair of the Board of <br /> Commissioners and the Planning Board Chair. <br />
