PUBLIC PROCLAMATION <br /> Orange County has been notified by Orange Water and <br /> Sewer Authority that with the combination of recent rainfall <br /> and the forecast of normal rainfall for the forthcoming <br /> winter months, the water level of University Lake is now <br /> above the State II level in accordance with the County's <br /> Water Conservation Ordinance. <br /> As Chairman of the Board of Commissioners, I hereby <br /> rescind the mandatory Stage II water restrictions imposed <br /> August 4, 1987 for those citizens who live in. the County <br /> portion of the Orange Water and Sewer Authority service area <br /> and use water obtained for the public water system supplied <br /> by that water authority and from any raw water supply within <br /> Orange County used by the water authority. <br /> I thank the citizens of Orange County in the OWASA <br /> service area for their cooperation during this past crisis. <br /> Effective this first day of December, 1987. <br /> /� <br /> Shirley Ma ,-hall, Chair <br />
