Where properties <br /> along a County-owned portion of a utility <br /> extension wish to connect to the utility. an <br /> access and availability fee shall be charged <br /> and approved by the Board of Commissioners. <br /> The owner of a large acreage tract or bona <br /> fide farm may select one acre. usually <br /> surrounding his or her house. to which the <br /> access and availability fees will be applied. <br /> If later the property is subdivided. the fees <br /> will be applied and charged for the remainder <br /> of the tract. (WSP) <br /> (e) Any access and availability fees charged by <br /> another utility provider shall paid by the <br /> user in addition to those fees charged by <br /> Orange County. <br /> (f) It shall be Orange County policy to require <br /> that when a County-financed water or sewer <br /> extension is connected to a municipally-owned <br /> and operated water or sewer system. then the <br /> municipality shall enter into an agreement <br /> with the County providing that in the event <br /> the project served is annexed by the <br /> municipality. it shall pay to the County any <br />
