This permit <br /> has been obtained and the driveway constructed. <br /> Encroachment agreements will be required if any drainage <br /> structures or other work is performed within the right-of- <br /> way of Old N.C. Highway 10 . <br /> Both the Orange Rural Fire Department and the Orange County <br /> Rescue Squad have indicated their ability to provide <br /> emergency services to the site. The Sheriff' s Department <br /> has indicated that no additional manpower will be needed. <br /> The Erosion Control Officer has indicated that a stormwater <br /> management plan will be required for the project. The <br /> Recreation Director has indicated no elements exist which <br /> would warrant comment from a recreation perspective. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Planning Staff recommends approval of the request with <br /> conditions (see attachment) . <br />
