19 <br /> In response to Ms. Claytor, he indicated that the concrete she <br /> referred to is on private property across from the old <br /> livestock market owned by a marina. He continued that the <br /> owner had allowed the washing on that property approximately <br /> two years ago. He stated that no further washing of trucks <br /> would be conducted anywhere other than the property owned by <br /> Chandler Concrete. He also noted that the reclamation ponds <br /> have been cleaned out and the concrete removed. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Hartwell, seconded by <br /> Commissioner Halkiotis, that the public hearing be closed and <br /> the Chandler Concrete rezoning request be referred to the <br /> Planning Board for recommendation to the Board of <br /> Commissioners on January 4, 1988. <br /> VOTE: Unanimous. <br /> b. PD-4-87 McLennan's Farm <br /> The presentation was made by Marvin Collins. <br /> Comments received from OWASA and the Town of Carrboro were <br /> received too late for the Planning Staff to adequately review <br /> and consult with the applicant and agencies about necessary <br /> changes to the plans. For this reason, the Planning Staff <br /> recommends that citizen comment be received on the <br /> application, and that the public hearing be continued to <br /> January 4, 1988.
