194 <br /> PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDMENT <br /> ORDINANCE : Subdivision Regulations <br /> REFERENCE : Section II DEFINITIONS <br /> ORIGIN OF AMENDMENT: x Staff .__x Planning Board <br /> BOCC Public <br /> Other : <br /> STAFF PRIORITY RECOMMENDATION : High Middle__..xLow <br /> Comment: <br /> EXPECTED PUBLIC HEARING DATE : November 23 , 1987 <br /> PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: Section II will be amended by adding <br /> definitions of terms used in the <br /> traffic impact study requirements <br /> proposed as a new Section IV-B-3-e of <br /> the Subdivision Regulations . <br /> IMPACTS/ ISSUES : The traffic impact study requirements that <br /> are proposed as a new Section IV-B-3-e of <br /> the Subdivision Regulations contain certain <br /> terms that should be defined in the Sub- <br /> division Regulations . Section II will be <br /> amended by adding definitions for the <br /> following terms : Level of Service, Major <br /> Intersection , Study Area, Trip Generation <br /> Rates, and Volume/Capacity Analysis . These <br /> items will be added alphabetically . No <br /> other change in Section II is proposed . <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: The following terms will be added <br /> alphabetically to Section Il . <br /> - - - • - - ` <br /> described in the 1965 Highway Capacit. <br /> Many_al , indicates how well traffic moves on <br /> a particular highgay facility or - tbroygh a <br /> specific intersection.
