193 <br /> 6 <br /> IV-B-3-e-4 - SUBMISSION AND IMPLEMENTATION <br /> The traffic impact study will be submitted to <br /> the Orange County Planning Department within the <br /> applicable time frame indicated below. The Plan- <br /> ning Department will review the study as part of <br /> the development review process. Recommendations <br /> will be incorporated into the approval process <br /> as indicated below. <br /> (a) TIME OF SUBMISSION <br /> The sketch plan should be sufficiently detailed <br /> to allow the Planning Department to assess the <br /> need_ fo; a traffic impact study. The traffic <br /> impact study shall be submitted to the Plannina <br /> Department with the preliminary plan application <br /> for subdivision approval. <br /> (b) IMPLEMENT4TION <br /> Th& Plannina Department and such other agencies <br /> or officials as may appear appropriate_ in the <br /> des of the - -c � shall review_ the <br /> impact study to analyze_its adeauacy in solving <br /> any traffic problems that will occur due to the <br /> subdivision. The Planning Department and <br /> Planning Board may recommend and the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners may decide that <br /> certain improvements on Dr adjacent to the site <br /> are mandatory for plan approval and may attach <br /> these conditions to trig approval. If the Board <br /> of Commissioners cgncludea that additional <br /> have the opportunity to resubmit alternative <br /> improvement designs for approval. <br />
