187 <br /> IV - B - 3 - e. A private road shall be required to meet <br /> standards set by Orange County. Satisfactory <br /> proof that the standards are met will be <br /> required by the County Manager or his appointed <br /> agents . If a subdivision is to contain private <br /> roads, the subdivider shall guarantee (a) a <br /> right of access to any private road in the sub- <br /> division by all lots served by the road, and <br /> (b) perpetual maintenance of any private road <br /> in the subdivision at the standards set for <br /> approval.
