( New ) <br /> ORIGIN OF AMENDMENT: x x Board <br /> BOCC _ Public <br /> Other : <br /> STAFF PRIORITY RECOMMENDATION : High Middle_xLow <br /> Comment : <br /> EXPECTED PUBLIC HEARING DATE : November 23, 1987 <br /> PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT: The new Article 20 .3 .2 f ) will require <br /> submission of a traffic impact study <br /> as described in Article 13 as part of <br /> the application for an amendment to <br /> the Zoning Atlas or Zoning Ordinance <br /> text. <br /> IMPACTS/ ISSUES : Article 20 .3 .2 lists the required contents <br /> of applications for amendments to the Zoning <br /> Atlas and the Zoning Ordinance text. The <br /> new Article 20 .3 .2 f ) will require such <br /> applications to include a traffic impact <br /> study as described in Article 13 . Such <br /> studies would be required with applications <br /> that would produce 800 trips per day or <br /> more. <br /> EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS : There are no existing <br /> provisions . <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: Article 20 .3 .2 f ) A traffic impact <br /> stydy as required by Article 13. <br />
