A volume/capacity analysis based <br /> upon existing volumes shall be performed during <br /> the peek highway bQU,r( s) end the peak <br /> development-generated hQur(s) for all roadways <br /> aad major intersections in the study area. <br /> Levels of service shall_ be determined for each <br /> locations <br /> This analysis will determine the adeouacy of the <br /> existing roadway system to serve the current <br /> traffic demand .
