156 <br /> 4 <br /> detectable at the lot lines of the lot on <br /> which the home occupation is located. <br /> e) No more than 2 individuals not residing in <br /> the dwelling unit may work in the home <br /> occupation. <br /> f) If an accessory structure is to be used for <br /> the home occupation the following criteria <br /> must be met: <br /> 1 . The accessory building shall be set <br /> back at least 30 feet farther from the <br /> road than the residence. <br /> 2. The accessory building shall not be <br /> closer than 40 feet to the side and <br /> rear lot lines. <br /> 3 . The accessory building shall be <br /> adequately screened from view of the <br /> road and adjacent property by a densely <br /> planted evergreen hedge of shrubs or <br /> trees. <br /> 4. Any outside storage of materials for <br /> use in the home occupation shall be <br /> totally screened from the road and from <br /> adjacent property in the same manner as <br /> the accessory structures. The storage <br /> area shall not exceed 1,000 square <br /> feet.
