Have property lines follow the sight triangles <br /> at SR 1946 (Bowden Road) if possible. <br /> 2. If a divided entrance is used, enough right-of-way <br /> must be dedicated to accomodate a six (6) foot <br /> shoulder and a ditchline with 2:1 slopes (see attached <br /> typical section). Please be aware if the island is <br /> not satisfactorily maintained by someone involved with <br /> the subdivision, the island will be removed. The <br /> Division of Highways will not maintain-any island or <br /> median section. <br /> 3. Sight easement shall be provided at intersection of <br /> George Poe Road and McLennan's Farm Road. <br /> 4. Lots 8, 9, 10, and 11 must have driveways off. George <br /> Poe Road. <br /> 5.
