The subdivi - <br /> sion;nrjeets the minimum lot size for controlling the first <br /> halfnof runoff . The large lot size and use of grassed swales <br /> may contribute to controlling,, the peak rate of runoff , but a <br /> plan must be submitted showing how the peak rate will be <br /> controlled. <br /> The amount of disturbance to construct the new road and and <br /> nitrification field will require submittal and approval of an <br /> erosion control plan prior to the start of construction . I <br /> see no conditions that should prevent the successful design <br /> and implementation of a plan. <br /> lL�d � <br />
