" Section 2 .3A at the end of the first <br /> sentence should reference "Section 2 . 1C. " <br /> The comment made by Alice Gordon concerning <br /> the potential for amendments to the ordinances adopted <br /> by the County pursuant to Section 2 . 1C which amendment <br /> requests can be initiated by Orange County seems to me <br /> also to be a technical matter . That is, the last <br /> sentence of Section 2 .6D which states: "Any petitions <br /> or requests to amend these ordinances received by the <br /> County shall be referred to the respective Towns" was, <br /> it seems to me , intended to include amendment requests <br /> initiated by the County. i think that a technical <br /> change adding the phrase "or initiated by the County" <br /> after the word "County" in that sentence would be <br /> consistent with this idea . I have included this phrase <br /> in the document enclosed. I do not share Ms . Gordon' s <br /> concern about the time permitted for the County to <br />
