The residents of Fox Meadow Subdivision requested that <br /> the subdivision be left In the Rural Buffer area or <br /> placed in the Chapel Hill Transition Area but not <br /> approved as part of the Carrboro Transition Area II . <br /> 2. A resident of Calvander requested that the western <br /> boundary of the Carrboro Transition Area I be shifted <br /> in an easterly direction to follow the right-of-way <br /> lines of Dairyland and Hillsborough Roads. <br /> Subsequent to the public hearing, the Planning Directors of <br /> Chapel Hill , Carrboro, and Orange County met with a <br /> representative of Fox Meadow Subdivision to review the <br /> residents proposal . The Planning Directors proposed leaving <br /> the dividing line between the Chapel Hill and Carrboro <br /> Transition Areas as proposed . The Carrboro Planning Director <br />
