Depart- <br /> ment of Human Resources inspected the Orange County Jail. A <br /> copy of the inspection report is attached. The report cites <br /> four non-compliance findings. All findings have been <br /> addressed as reflected in the attached correspondence. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> Receive as information. <br />
