Renumber Section IV-B-3-e to Section 1V-B-c-d-2. <br /> This section requires private roads to meet Orange <br /> County standards . No change in text is proposed . The <br /> amendment is an organizational change needed to <br /> accommodate the proposed amendment in #3 below. <br /> 3 . Create a new Section IV-B-3-e TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY. <br /> This section would require preparation of a Traffic <br /> Impact Study for subdivisions containing 80 or more <br /> lots . <br /> 4 . Amend Section II DEFINITIONS to include definitions for <br /> terms used in the - proposed new Section IV-B-3-8-e <br /> TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY. <br /> All interested citizens are invited to attend this hearing <br /> and be heard . Public comment must be received during the <br /> public hearing. Those wishing to oppose the proposals must <br /> provide competent material and substantial evidence as to the <br /> specific manner in which they are opposed to the amendments . <br /> Following the close of the public hearing, only evidence <br /> presented at public hearing will be examined by the Planning <br /> Board and Board of County Commissioners for decision . <br /> Changes may be made in the advertised proposals which reflect <br />
