Create a new Article 13 TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY that will <br /> require preparation of a traffic impact study for zoning <br /> changes, special use permits, and site plans that will <br /> result in development that will produce 800 or more <br /> trips per day.. <br /> 3. Create a new Article 6 . 17 TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY REQUIRED <br /> that will require preparation of a traffic impact study <br /> as outlined in Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance before <br /> issuance of a zoning compliance permit. <br /> 4 .
