The proposed PD-H-RB will be <br /> developed in accordance with the RB Rural Buffer zoning <br /> district, PWII Protected Watershed zoning district, the <br /> requirements of the PD-H district, and the "Class A" <br /> Special Use Permit that would be required for the <br /> project. <br /> ORANGE COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> The proposed amendments to the Zoning Ordinance under con- <br /> sideration are as follows : <br /> 1 . Amend Article 6 . 16 .6 REGULATIONS CONCERNING HOME <br /> OCCUPATIONS AS AN ACCESSORY USE to provide additional <br /> restrictions on home occupations permitted on smaller <br /> residential lots . A new paragraph will outline permit <br /> procedures for Issuance of home occupation permits. <br /> 2. Create a new Article 13 TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY that will <br /> require preparation of a traffic impact study for zoning <br /> changes, special use permits, and site plans that will <br /> result in development that will produce 800 or more <br /> trips per day.. <br /> 3. Create a new Article 6 . 17 TRAFFIC IMPACT STUDY REQUIRED <br /> that will require preparation of a traffic impact study <br /> as outlined in Article 13 of the Zoning Ordinance before <br /> issuance of a zoning compliance permit. <br /> 4 . Renumber Article 8.8 a ) 10) to Article 8.8 b ) , Article <br /> 8 .8 a ) 11 ) to Article 8 .8 c ) , Article 8 .8 a ) 12) to <br /> Article 8.8 d ) . No text change is proposed.
