Many are <br /> adjacent to the corporate boundaries. The question OWASA is <br /> facing is whether they can fulfill public need by providing <br /> local water and sewer services through the ownership and <br /> operation of small community systems. The proposed committee <br /> would provide a collabrative review and assessment of the best <br /> means to address the issue. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : <br /> As the Board decides. <br />
