Department of Transportation has submitted a <br /> petition for the addition of Wilhelm Drive to the Board of <br /> Commissioners for review . <br /> The Board 's decision will be forwarded to the N.C. Board of <br /> Transportation for their deliberation on acceptance of the <br /> road to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: The Administration recommends approval of the addition of <br /> Wilhelm Drive to the State-maintained Secondary Road System. <br />
