It <br /> would be a new requirement. <br /> PROPOSED AMENDMENT: <br /> IV-B-3-c-10 Driveways <br /> All driveways on streets designated as <br /> arterial or collector in the Orange County <br /> Land Use Plan shall be constructed so that: <br /> 1 ) As a minimum, no driveway should be <br /> located within 250 feet of an inter- <br /> section of an arterial or collector; <br /> 2) When access is available from streets of <br /> different classifications, u41ess a <br /> safety hazard is created the driveway <br /> will be located so as to provide access <br /> only from the street with the lower <br /> classification; <br /> 3) When a single common drive is required <br /> for adjoining lots, it will be located <br /> on the property line common to the two <br /> lots. <br />
