EXISTING ORDINANCE PROVISIONS : 1V-B-3-c-8 Marginal Access Streets Where a subdivision adjoins a heavily traveled street, in the interest of highway safety, the subdivider may be required to provide either a marginal access street parallel to said heavily traveled street or reverse frontage on a smaller street. Where access is available to any internal subdivi- sion street, whether by reverse frontage or other lot arrangement, private driveways shall not have direct access to said heavily traveled street. It is the intent of this section to minimize the number of points of egress and ingress to main roads within Orange County.
