The condition resulted from a <br /> requirement in NCDOT' s initial response to <br /> Piney Mountain. The Planning Department <br /> subsequently received a series of letters from <br /> NCDOT which form the basis for both the <br /> original requirement for a left turn lane and <br /> the applicant's present request.
