Preliminary Plat (Total - 59 Lots) <br /> Revision-Piney Mountain Subdivision <br /> (59 Lots - Chapel Hill Township) <br /> Presentation by Emily Crudup. <br /> On August 18, the Board of County <br /> Commissioners approved the preliminary plan <br /> for Piney Mountain with the following <br /> conditions : <br /> ( 1 ) Show the new right-of-way line for Mt. <br /> Sinai Road as a boundary line on the <br /> plat. <br /> (2) Show the Type B Buffer line 301 from the <br /> new right-of-way line of Mt. Sinai Road <br /> (SR 1718) . <br /> (3) In Phase Two, post a sign at the end of <br /> Twin Pines Lane cul-de-sac to indicate <br /> the intended future extension of that <br /> road. <br /> (4) Provide a left turn lane off Mt. Sinai <br /> Road with the final approval of Phase <br /> One. <br /> (5 ) Improved recreation space must meet the <br /> requirements of Section IV-B-7 of the <br /> Subdivision Regulations including off <br /> street parking. <br /> (6) Provide a 50-foot right-of-way on Twin <br /> Pines Lane along the entire length to the <br /> boundary line. <br />
