Attached, please find- a copy of the approved construction plans. <br /> Approval is given subject to the revisions shown in red on the attached plans, <br /> which are as follows: <br /> 1. Increase pipe size at station 3+45* to thirty (30)- <br /> inches. <br /> 2. Provide a dedicated 10' x 70' sight distance triangle <br /> at each intersection within the development. <br /> Please be. advised this approval pertains to Phase One only and should <br /> - not be construed as -final approval for any part of Phase Two. <br /> It will be necessary to contact Mr. Pat Ivey to set up a schedule <br /> for subgrade, stone and asphalt inspection.
