The Committee would be comprised aof <br /> representatives from the agricultural community, the development sector, <br /> the Recreation and Parks Advisory Council, the Triangle Land Conservancy, <br /> OWASA, Duke University, <br /> y, and the Planning Board of Orange County, Chapel <br /> Hill, Carrboro and Hillsborough.
