One copy of <br /> the studies or portions of studies which were previously <br /> completed by the Proposer and are most rpresentative of the <br /> work contemplated must be submitted to the County along with <br /> the Proposal . <br /> Cooperative Efforts tQ Complete Work <br /> The Proposer shall evaluate and discuss in the Proposal <br /> cooperative approaches to obtaining data and information <br /> necessary for completion of the project, where such <br /> cooperative efforts may reduce time and costs required to <br /> complete the study . The Proposal shall include a listing of <br /> the proposed cooperating agencies, parties or subcontractors. <br /> Location of Firm's Main Office/NtaLalt Bransh._9ffice <br /> The Proposal should state the geographic locations of the <br /> Proposer ' s main office and any branch office( s ) which may be <br /> involved in the performance of the work . The office in which <br /> the Project Manager will be located should also be stated . <br /> Estimated Demand on County Staff to Complete! Study <br /> The Proposal shall describe those project activities which <br /> will require the involvement of the County staff . Higher <br /> priority will be given to those Proposals which identify a <br /> balanced approach to work distribution in an effort to reduce <br /> overall expense to the bounty. Conferences may be arranged <br /> with the County staff for the purpose of discussing the <br /> distribution of work prior to submission of the Proposal . <br /> Ava i l ab i l i ty of Firm for Conferences to D isQ1tss Proposal <br /> The Proposal shall state the vailability of specified <br /> individuals for conferences, etc. determined by the County to <br /> be appropriate for the purposes of further evaluating the <br /> qualifications and capabilities of the Proposer as they <br /> pertain to the proposed completion of the study . <br /> Time of Completion <br /> This project is to be completed within seven (7 ) months of <br /> contract award . <br /> Time of performance is an important consideration for the <br /> County. The Proposal must address the Proposer 's capability <br /> and commitment to complete the work within the required time <br /> frame and include a review of the Proposer' s past record at <br /> meeting required completion dates for previous studies <br /> similar in nature and scope to that proposed . <br /> The Proposal shall include a description of the milestone to <br /> be achieved, the estimated length of time required to achieve <br /> each milestone, and the anticipated date of achievement for <br /> each milestone. <br /> Additional Appropriate Information <br />
