Conservation areas <br /> Qualifications and Experience of Proposer <br /> Each submittal shall include a statement concerning the <br /> Proposer ' s qualifications, experience and expertise as it <br /> pertains to the proposed work. The Proposal shall also <br /> address the competence of the Proposer from the standpoint of <br /> number and capability of personnel which will be devoted to <br /> the project . The Proposal must state the name( s ) of the <br /> person (s ) who will be assigned to the project, along with <br /> complete information on the background and qualifications of <br /> such designated person (s ) to perform the work . The Proposal <br /> must designate the person who will serve as Project Manager <br /> and be most prominent and responsible for on-site work as <br /> well as the person (s ) who will be responsible for the Final <br /> Report. <br /> The Proposal must include descriptions of comprehensive <br /> studies previously completed by the Proposer which involved <br /> services similar to those required by the County. <br /> Information concerning the costs to complete each of the <br /> studies and the size of the jurisdiction for which the <br />
