DID <br /> • <br /> 105 <br /> ORANGE COUNTY PLANNING DEPARTMENT <br /> REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS <br /> COMPREHENSIVE OPEN SPACE PLAN <br /> Your firm is hereby invited to submit a proposal for <br /> providing Orange County with a comprehensive open space plan . <br /> The study must be completed within seven (7 ) months from the <br /> time of award of contract. Responses to this request are to <br /> be submitted in accordance with the procedures in "Orange <br /> County Planning Department - Request For Proposals : <br /> Comprehensive Open Space Plan . " <br /> Ten ( 10 ) copies of the response to this Request For Proposal <br /> are to be submitted to: <br /> Mr . Marvin E . Collins <br /> Planning Director <br /> County of Orange <br /> 306F Revere Road <br /> Hillsborough , North Carolina 27278 <br /> Telephone : 919/732-8181 <br /> Responses to this request must be received by 5 : 00 p .m. (EST) <br /> on _ , 1987 and will become the property of <br /> Orange County . The responses will be subsequently evaluated <br /> by Orange County and an Open Space Technical Advisory <br /> Committee to determine which proposals appear to most closely <br /> meet Orange County ' s requirements . At the discretion and <br /> option of Orange County, oral interviews may be conducted <br /> with one or more firms to assist in the selection process . <br /> Orange County reserves the right to reject any and all <br /> proposals and to accept the proposal most favorable to the <br /> County. <br /> Marvin E .
