EXECUTIVE SESSION <br /> 7 <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Hartwell to adjourn the meeting into Executive Session. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Halkiotis, seconded by Chair Marshall <br /> to move out of Executive Session into Regular Session. <br /> I.
