Numerous suggestions were offered by the Board <br /> and the proposed policy was referred to the administration for <br /> rewrite. Although comments/suggestions were provided, staff <br /> has been unable to draft a policy without additional Board <br /> input. Discussion of questions included in the following <br /> outline would assist staff in development of a draft Water and <br /> Sewer Policy. <br /> Water and Sewer Policy Outline <br /> I. Public Health Hazard <br /> A. Will the County participate in water/sewer projects? <br /> B.
