052 <br /> DUKE FOREST <br /> Members of the University Community are invited to make use of the Duke <br /> Forest for recreational <br /> Foweser, to purposes such as hiking, fishing or picnicking. <br /> Hoseech protect the large investments of time, money and human energy on <br /> projects established within the forest boundaries, the following rules <br /> are strictly enforced. <br /> 1 . No fires of any kind are permitted in the Forest at any time <br /> except in the stone grills provided at the designated picnic <br /> sites. <br /> 2. Cars, motorcycles or other motorized vehicles are not allowed <br /> within the Forest nor on the Forest roads, except at the picnic <br /> sites. <br /> 3. Gates must not be blocked at any time. The roads are for <br /> emergency use as well as access in the normal operation of the <br /> Forest. <br /> 4. No trees, brush or other vegetation may <br /> any way mutilated as such damage might destroy research or in <br /> ht <br /> g g destroy projects. <br /> 5. Hunting or shooting of fire arms of any type is not permitted. <br /> 6.
