POLICY STATEMENT 047 <br /> It is the policy of the Orange County Board of County Commis- <br /> sioners to encourage g recreation access onto Duke Forest <br /> properties via designated greenways only at roads <br /> other points of entry firetrails or <br /> Y mutually a g reeable between Oran e <br /> and Duke University. No 9 County <br /> site plan and no <br /> subdivision plat of <br /> property adjacent to the Duke Forest properties rtes and showing any <br /> portion of the Orange County greenway system (as outlined in the <br /> Orange County Land Use Plan and/or the <br /> Recreation & Park Plan Orange County Master <br /> shall be approved which designates or <br /> shows the property as having recreation access to <br /> un- <br /> less it is via a road, firet Duke Forest un- <br /> rail or other <br /> point of entry approved <br /> by Orange County and Duke University. <br />
