The Board of <br /> Commissioners referred the report to the Manager for review <br /> and implementation strategies. The Manager designated several <br /> departmental directors to work on this project. Attached is <br /> the team's workplan. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Receive as information. <br />
