Orange County has entered a multi-year, multi-phased <br /> re-mapping project to provide new accurate base and cadastral maps . The <br /> State has approved that plan and has funded each of the past 8 years <br /> of improvements with a grant. <br /> This year ' s grant continues the re-mapping project with completion <br /> of the base maps for six townships , Phase 3 . The awarded $10,000 contributes <br /> greatly to the success of these efforts . <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S) : that the Board of Commissioners authorize its Chair to <br /> sign the agreement, accepting the matching fund grant . <br />
