The <br /> specifics of any adjustment made are in the minutes of the Orange <br /> County Board of Commissioners for its meeting on October 20 , 1987 . <br /> The confirmed Assessment Roll reflects any adjustment . Pursuant <br /> thereto: <br /> 1 . The Board of Commissioners of the County of Orange, <br /> North Carolina, met in regular session in the courtroom of the old <br /> Post Office in Chapel Hill , North Carolina, at 7 :30 o'clock p.m. <br /> on October 20 , 19$7 . <br /> 2 . The Chair announced that this was the hour and day <br /> fixed by the Board of Commissioners for the public hearing on the <br /> Preliminary Assessment Roll pursuant to the Board ' s decision to <br /> finance the local share of the cost of paving North Carolina State <br /> Road (s ) #1881 and #1794 , also known as Moriah Hill Road and <br /> Timberly Drive , located in Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, <br /> North Carolina . <br /> 3 . All persons attending and wishing to be heard were <br /> recognized by the Chair and were heard . <br /> 4 . The Board confirmed the Assessment Roll and directed <br /> its delivery to the Orange County Tax Collector. <br /> 5 . The assessments confirmed by the Board may be paid <br /> without interest at any time before the expiration of thirty (30 ) <br /> days from the date of the publication of this Notice . If not paid <br /> 4 <br /> 1 <br />
