the Orange County Tax Collector was directed to publish once , a <br /> Notice , no earlier than twenty ( 20 ) days from the date of <br /> confirmation as herein set forth, that the Assessment Roll for the <br /> financing by Orange County of the local share of the cost of <br /> paving North Carolina State Road (s ) #1881 and #1794 , also known as <br /> Moriah Hill Road and Timberly Drive , located in Chapel Hill <br /> Township, Orange County, North Carolina, has been confirmed and <br /> that assessments may be paid without interest at any time before <br /> the expiration of thirty (30 ) days from the day that the Notice is <br /> published and that if not paid within that time , all installments <br /> thereof shall bear interest in an amount equal to the interest on <br /> past due ad valorem taxes in Orange County. The Chair directed <br /> that said Notice shall be published in the Durham Morning Herald . <br /> Said Notice shall be in substantially the following form: <br /> NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF <br /> ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE <br /> FINANCING BY ORANGE COUNTY OF THE <br /> LOCAL SHARE OF THE COSTS OF PAVING <br /> NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD( S) #1881 AND #1794 , <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS MORIAH HILL ROAD AND TIMBERLY DRIVE, <br /> LOCATED IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Article 9 of <br /> Chapter 153A of the General Statutes of North Carolina , the Board <br /> of Commissioners of Orange County has confirmed the Assessment <br /> Roll for the financing by Orange County of the local share of the <br /> cost of paving North Carolina State Road (s ) #1881 and #1794 , also <br /> 3 <br />
