Section V - Licenses , Permits , Registrations , and Fees <br /> Required By This Ordinance. <br /> A. The following licenses, permits, and registrations are <br /> required by this ordinance: <br /> 1. Licenses for dogs , cats, or other animals designated by <br /> the Board of Commissioners in the Budget Ordinance (see Section <br /> IV) . <br /> 2. Registration of patrol dogs or sentry dogs (see Section <br /> XII <br /> 3 . Rabies and identification tags for dogs and cats (see <br /> XVII <br /> Section <br /> 4 . Permits for collecting of dogs and cats for sale (see <br /> XX <br /> Section [.X -14 ) . - <br /> [�-_-����a���i-�exm�� <br /> Beet4en-X—7) <br /> 5 . <br /> [.:4 Permits for commercial kennels, non-commercial kennels <br /> XIX <br /> and pet shops (see Section IIK4 ) . <br /> B. The amount of license or permit fees shall be recom- <br /> mended by the Animal Control Director and approved by the Board <br /> of Commissioners in the Budget Ordinance. The Animal Control <br /> Director may propose for approval by the Board of Commissioners <br /> such policies or procedures as may be necessary' or appropriate to <br /> allow for payment of fees over extended periods of time , at <br /> 3 <br />
