003 <br /> PRELIMINARY ASSESSMENT ROLL IN CONJUNCTION WITH <br /> THE FINANCING AND ASSESSING BY <br /> ORANGE COUNTY OF THE LOCAL SHARE OF THE <br /> COST OF PAVING NORTH CAROLINA STATE ROAD (S) #1881 AND #1794, <br /> ALSO KNOWN AS MORIAH HILL ROAD AND TIMBERLY DRIVE, <br /> IN CHAPEL HILL TOWNSHIP, <br /> ORANGE COUNTY, NORTH CAROLINA <br /> The property described below, the names of the owners of <br /> said property, the assessment levied against each parcel of <br /> property, the basis for the assessment levied against said parcel <br /> and the terms of payment of the assessment all set forth below, <br /> together with tax maps of the project, constitute the Assessment <br /> Roll for the paving of North Carolina State Road (s) #1881 and <br /> #1794, also known as Moriah Hill Road and Timberly Drive, in <br /> Chapel Hill Township, Orange County, North Carolina. <br /> BASIS FOR ASSESSMENT <br /> The basis for assessment against the property described <br /> below is the number of lots served, or subject to be served, at an <br /> equal rate per lot which represents the total local share of the <br /> cost of this project. <br /> TERMS OF PAYMENT OF ASSESSMENT <br /> A. Within thirty (30) days after notice of the <br /> Confirmation of Assessment Roll is published, each owner of <br /> assessed property may pay his or her assessment in full without <br /> interest. <br /> B. Any assessment not paid in full as provided above shall <br /> be paid in five (5) equal annual installments with the first such <br /> installment, with interest, due sixty (60) days after the date <br /> 1 <br />
