It should <br /> not be considered an extension of SR 1131 <br /> because the horizontal alignment of the <br /> two roads does not produce a smooth <br /> transition curve. <br /> The Planning Staff recommends approval of <br /> Ram ' s Woods with the following <br /> conditions : <br /> ( 1 ) Dedicate Ram' s Way as a public road <br /> to be constructed to State <br /> standards . * <br /> (2) Provide restrictive covenants for <br /> review by the County Attorney. <br /> (3 ) Revise the vicinity map to show the <br /> location of the subdivision and the <br /> road names . <br /> (4) Provide a separate plan which <br /> indicates all the required <br /> recreation improvements (0 .42 acre) . <br /> (5) Increase lot #7 in size to provide <br /> 0.92 acres (40, 000 sq . ft. ) , since it <br /> will be dependent upon its own on- <br /> site wastewater disposal system. <br /> If the Planning Board elects to <br /> approve the preliminary plan with a <br /> Class A private road, move the <br /> western property line shown at the <br /> centerline of SR 1131 to the eastern <br /> edge of the right-of-way. <br /> Yuhasz asked the purpose of the condition that <br /> the restrictive covenants be provided for <br /> review by the County Attorney .
