In addition, the proposed road and subdivision plan meets conditions set <br /> forth in Orange County's private road criteria in section IV-B-3-d. <br /> Namely: 4 <br /> A. The subdivision consists of seven lots. <br /> B. The subdivision preserves a natural area through deed <br /> restrictions and special design conditions. <br /> C. The subdivision does not embrace or abut any part of a <br /> thoroughfare or street shown on the Orange County thoroughfare <br /> plan and does not lie within a designated transition area. <br /> D. This condition does not apply th the proposed subdivision. <br /> E. This condition does not apply to the proposed subdivision. <br /> In summary because of the characteristics of the area, the nature of the <br /> subdivision, past private access to the area, crime safety, and consistency <br /> of a private road with county regulations, the RAM'S Woods subdivision <br /> should be served by a private road. <br />
