Instead 7 lots are proposed. The <br /> cluster development plan has been designed to minimize impact to the <br /> natural enviornment and to develop a small community that will be <br /> attractive and will encourage resident's feeling of community and pride in <br /> the attractiveness of surroundings. The natural enviornment will be <br /> disturbed as little as possible. All residents will have access to shared <br /> greenways. Developed recreational areas will enhance the value of the <br /> subdivision for pleasant and healthful outdoor activities that are <br /> compatible with the natural enviornment. <br />
