,040 <br /> SOILS LIMITED FOR WATER SITES <br /> Nitrification fields shown on the Preliminary Plan will be reserved for <br /> the exclusive use of lots 1 through 6 as indicated.. Each of these lots <br /> will have a dedicated nitrification field in compliance with the <br /> requirements of the Orange County Health Department. As much as possible <br /> nitrification fields will be kept in their natural state. Lot 7 will <br /> employ a gravity flow waste water system completely within the boundaries <br /> of that lot. This plan has been discussed and approved in a preliminary <br /> way by the Orange County Health Department. <br /> The subdivision covenants will require that each lot owner will be <br /> obligated to maintain nitrification fields in the cases of lots 1 through <br /> 6 and the gravity flow system in the case of lot 7. <br /> PLAN FOR WATER AND WASTE WATER <br /> TREATMENT <br /> Individual wells will serve each lot. <br /> Waste water will be pumped to the nitrification fields for lots 1 <br /> through 6. These fields will be staked out and dedicated in consultation <br /> with the Orange County Health Department after which a plan will be <br /> formalized. These plans have already been discussed with the Health <br /> Department. Lot 7 will use a gravity flow waste water system in <br /> compliance with Health Department requirements. <br /> PLAN FOR IMPROVED RECREATIONAL <br /> AREAS <br /> Improved recreational areas will contain a minimum of .42 acres. <br /> Improved recreational areas will not be located on nitrification <br /> fields. <br /> A jogging trail will circle the boundary of RAM'S Woods just inside its <br /> boundaries. Two exercise stations will be installed along the jogging <br /> trail with equiptment to permit stretching and strength exercises.
