The County was awarded a Community <br /> Revitalization Grant in the amount of $938,000 in FY 1982. Presently all <br /> project activities proposed in the original grant application have been <br /> completed. A public hearing is required for all projects as part of the <br /> official closeout process. <br /> NO PUBLIC COMMENTS WERE MADE AND THE PUBLIC HEARING WAS DECLARED CLOSED. <br /> Motion was made by Commissioner Carey, seconded by Commissioner <br /> Hartwell to (1) approve the Certification of Completion and authorize the <br /> Chair to sign on behalf of the Board and (2) authorize the Chair to sign a <br /> Certification of Public Hearing to include all comments received at this <br /> public hearing. <br /> VOTE: UNANIMOUS. <br /> D.
