He <br /> noted that his understanding was that the Board <br /> desired ordinance amendments requiring restrictive <br /> covenants in the preliminary plat approval process <br /> for all subdivisions . <br /> Jacobs also noted that consideration of the <br /> Proposed Water/Sewer Policy was deferred until late <br /> October. Seven two-acre <br /> lots are being subdivided out of the <br /> total 69 .90 acres . The applicant has <br /> proposed that the lots will be served by <br /> a Class A private road. <br /> The property is zoned Rural Buffer and <br /> the Land Use Plan designation is Rural <br /> Residential . Adjacent land use is mostly <br /> residential . <br />
