Emotionally Troubled Preschoolers <br /> 2 <br /> 343 <br /> Since many of us have been working on this Project since the Spring <br /> of 1986, we would appreciate the opportunity to officially use our <br /> collective experience in order to insure that the service will meet the <br /> needs as our county 's constituents have defined them. We anticipate a <br /> strong and congenial working relationship with representatives of our <br /> host agency, the Orange-Person-Chatham Mental Health Center. They share <br /> our enthusiasm for the potential of this Project and are clearly dedi- <br /> cated to supporting our efforts to help implement it. <br /> We are grateful for the support and guidance that you personally <br /> have given us. Since you have invested much time and energy in the <br /> Project, we would like to invite you to continue your involvement by <br /> serving as a member of the Advisory Council . <br /> It would be helpful for the progress of the Project if you could <br /> let us know the Commissioners ' response to our request as soon as <br /> possible. By providing this all-important seed money, the Commissioners <br /> have made a significant investment in the mental health of our county 's <br /> preschool children. We cannot thank you enough for providing the <br /> funds that will allow us to build the foundation of a program that <br /> will evolve into a strong support system for our preschool children, <br /> their families, and their teachers. Thank you for giving us a <br /> beginning.
