328 <br /> POLICY STATEMENT <br /> It is the policy of the Orange County Board of County Commis- <br /> sioners to encourage recreation access onto Duke Forest <br /> properties via designated greenways only at roads, firetrails or <br /> other points of entry mutually agreeable between Orange County <br /> and Duke University. No site plan and no subdivision plat of <br /> property adjacent to the Duke Forest properties and showing any <br /> portion of the Orange County greenway system (as outlined in the <br /> Orange County Land Use Plan and/or the Orange County Master <br /> Recreation & Park Plan) shall be approved which designates or <br /> shows the property as having recreation access to Duke Forest un- <br /> less it is via a road, firetrail or other point of entry approved <br /> by Orange County and Duke University. <br />
