21.4 ,Lor.i cg LOIIID X11 . re=1 w Kec7uircu <br /> It shall be unlawful to begin the excavation for the construction, <br /> the moving, alteration, or repair, except ordinary repairs, of <br /> 323 any building or other structure, including an accessory structure, ' <br /> costing more than $100 or exceeding one hundred square feet in <br /> area, until the Zoning Officer has issued for such work a Zoning <br /> Compliance Permit which includes a determination that plans, <br /> specifications and the intended use of such strucutre does in all <br /> respects, conform to the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> Also, it shall be unlawful to change the type of use or type of <br /> occupancy of any building, or to extend any use of any lot on <br /> which there is a non-conforming use, until the Zoning Officer <br /> has issued for such intended use a Zoning Compliance Permit, <br /> including a determination that the proposed use does, in all <br /> respects conform to the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> 21.5 Certificates Of Occupancy <br /> No building, structure, or zoning lot for which a Zoning Com- <br /> pliance Permit has been issued shall be used or occupied until <br /> the Building Inspector has, after final inspection, issued a <br /> Certificate of .Occupancy indicating compliance has been made <br /> with all the provisions of this ordinance. However, the is- <br /> suance of a Certificate of Occupancy shall in no case be con- <br /> strued as waiving any provision of this ordinance. <br /> 21.6 Health Department Approval Prior To Issuance Of Certificate <br /> Of Occupancy <br /> The Building Inspector shall not issue a Certificate of <br /> Occupancy for any use of a structure or Land served by wells <br /> for potable water and ground absorption seweage disposal systems <br /> until the Orange County Health Department has approved the water <br /> supply and sewage disposal systems serving that use. <br /> 21.7 Fees <br /> Before any Zoning Compliance Permit shall be issued covering <br /> building or other operations regulated by this ordinance, a fee <br /> in an amount fixed by the Board of Commissioners shall be paid. <br /> 21.8 Administrative Regulations <br /> The County Manager is authorized and directed to propose and <br /> promulgate administrative regulations, including but not limited <br /> to the type and amount of data required for a completed applica- <br /> tion, in order to implement the provisions of this ordinance. <br /> 21.9 RESERVED <br /> 21.10 RESERVED <br /> 21.11 RESERVED <br /> 21.12 Administration And Enforcement Of Performance Standards <br /> 21-2 <br />
