C. 27514 <br /> Subject: Land Disturbance, Filling, and Waste Disposal Site <br /> on Jo Mac Road <br /> Bingham Township, Tax Map 21 , Lot 14 <br /> STOP WORK _ORDER <br /> Dear Mr. Edwards : <br /> Today I have authorized the posting of a STOP WORK ORDER on the <br /> above mentioned property. All land-disturbing and dumping activity <br /> must cease immediately , and must not start again until the <br /> necessary permits to operate a landfill are obtained. In previous <br /> letters and conversations, members of my staff have explained what <br /> permits are necessary for you to operate a Iandfill . <br /> The STOP WORK ORDER is being posted for the following reasons : <br /> 1 . Failure to submit and get approval of an erosion control <br /> for clearing, grading, and filling the pro pert Plan <br /> Warren Faircloth, Erosion Control Supervisor, for additional <br /> information. ) <br /> 2. Failure to obtain the necessary permits to operate a landfill . <br /> ( Contact Greg Szymik, Planner III , for additional information. ) <br /> 3. Failure to follow the course of action recommended in a letter <br /> to you of May 8, 1987 to resolve this situation. <br /> Failure to observe the STOP WORK ORDER will result in additional <br /> enforcement action.
